I started with Shelley 4 years ago and have yet to go to see anyone else since. I first saw Shelley for PT when I experienced a partial tear in my ACL and meniscus in early high school. I also dealt with lower back pains, ankle sprains, shoulder aches and anything else you can imagine throughout the years. My senior year, I sustained another injury however with Shelley's help and guidance I was able to finish out my senior season.
Working with Shelley has instilled confidence in me, knowing that my body is being taken care of yet becoming more knowledgable of myself and consistently seeing progress. Transitioning from high school to collegiate athletics is scary but I went in with peace of mind after working weekly with Shelley. She not only has helped me physically and mentally throughout the years, but has become someone I can count on and I know will be in my life for years to come!

Thanks to Shelley I am pain free and my back is stronger than it’s ever been. For nearly a year I put off pain in my lower back and hips that caused pain and occasional numbness down my left leg. Once it started affecting my ability to sleep I finally went and got checked out. Shelley helped to determined the root issue as well as help to fix a lot of other weaknesses and mobility deficits around the area helping to make my back stronger than it ever has been.
Shelley was able to help
me with all of the issues, all without me having to stop daily CrossFit workouts.

I started having sharp pains in my left ankle whenever I tumbled, and I ended up needing surgery. Shelley helped me strengthen my ankle before the surgery so that it wouldn’t be as tough of a recovery. Then, she not only helped me recover but made me stronger than I was beforehand. She taught me many things about exercise and nutrition that have made me a stronger athlete. She made me more comfortable in a gym setting and taught me what I could do to best keep my body strong and healthy.
I always wanted to cheer in college, and my injuries were definitely a setback. Shelley always kept me positive. She was so uplifting, but she pushed me to be better too. I could not have asked for a better PT to get me to where I am today. I just made the Alabama Cheer team, and I never could have done it without Shelley’s help mentally and physically during my recovery.

Working with Shelley is one of the best decisions I have made for myself as a collegiate athlete. After undergoing two surgeries and failing to make a full comeback with traditional physical therapy, I was recommended to see a sports physical therapist. That's when I found Shelley.
Shelley not only helped improve my athletic performance through tailored rehabilitation but also facilitated my remarkable recovery from an injury I was told I wouldn’t overcome. She meticulously related my physical therapy exercises to my sport, ensuring that every movement had a purpose and contributed to my overall strength and agility.
Thanks to Shelley, I have become stronger both physically and mentally. She pushed me past what I thought I was capable of, constantly encouraging me to reach new heights. If it wasn’t for Shelley, I wouldn’t have the ability to compete as a Division 1 athlete today.
I am incredibly thankful for Shelley, who played a significant role in making my dreams come true of being a D1 Collegiate Athlete. Her expertise, dedication, and unwavering support have been invaluable to my journey.

Shelley Anderson Langham is amazing! During several gymnastics injuries this season, she helped me stay in shape and recover as strong and quickly as possible. Her sweet spirit and encouragement helped keep me motivated and I was able to compete at the regional meet just 5 weeks after breaking my ankle. I couldn’t have accomplished this goal without her!

Shelley is incredible. She isn’t one of those therapists trying to turn as many clients as she can to increase her revenue. She cares about the person. She listens and builds a plan for each person with attention to detail and often with movements they can take and do on their own. Having had 2 knee surgeries, and with her help avoiding shoulder surgeries, I couldn’t ask for a better physician to tend to my aging, broken body. In fact, 80% of my family has seen her at one time or another.

We honestly can’t say enough good things about Shelley . We HIGHLY recommend her as a physical therapist! My 13 y.o. daughter is a high level gymnast who was diagnosed not only with hip dysplasia but also had a foot injury. From the start, Shelley jumped right in with her in every way to help rehab, strengthen and build surrounding muscles needed to keep my daughter active in the sport she loves.
She's incredibly knowledgeable about the whole body and customizes each person’s therapy to that person’s lifestyle and goals. Shelley is not only professional & motivating, she’s the sweetest, kindest person and genuinely cares about her clients' progress. Plus, her positive energy helped make every session enjoyable for my daughter. If you're looking for someone highly trained, incredibly knowledgeable and also dedicated to your health and getting you back to where you need and want to be, she’s the one…without question!!!
