No! Although it is conveniently located inside the gyms for members, you do NOT have to be a member of the gym to come to Elevate

No! Although we specialize in fitness and sport related injuries, you do not have to be of any particular fitness level or participate in a certain sport to see a provider at Elevate. All individuals motived to get out of pain or live a healthier life are welcome!!

We are in-network with BCBS and Medicare, therefore, PT services provided by Elevate can be billed through these insurances. If you have a different insurance provider, we have out-of-network options available for you!
