Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, managing chronic pain, or just starting your fitness journey, our expert team is dedicated to motivating and guiding you every step of the way.

At Elevate, physical therapy is more than just treating one injured body part—it's a chance to enhance your health and achieve new milestones. We will work together to make every session a step toward a stronger, more active you.

Throughout my life, I have had incredibly influential people pour into my spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Throughout my career as a physical therapist, I have come to realize that we need MORE people like the ones who have invested in me. My goal is to be the very best I can be, for myself, my friends, my family, and my patients. As a physical therapist, it is more than just injury treatment. It is someone's life that pain and discomfort is holding one back from. I want to provide a service that helps others be and get back to MORE.

Having experienced both the athlete’s journey myself and now my career as a physical therapist, I understand the importance of getting better every day (as CFBHM says). I have been very blessed to have great mentors in my life, on the field and in the clinic. This has helped mold me into who I am today, and also show me the importance of paying it forward. I understand the demands of athletics and the importance of resilience, both physically and mentally. My mission is to guide individuals toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves, whether they’re recovering from an injury or simply looking to enhance their performance. I’m committed to helping you overcome challenges, build lasting resilience, and get back to doing what you love—stronger than ever.

Purpose of ELEVATE:

1. Provide an environment for individuals to experience care that goes beyond just the traditional physical therapy model

2. Provide an opportunity and environment for other physical therapists trying to make a difference

We are working diligently to build a team of individuals and a network of providers that go the extra mile, LISTEN to each individual they encounter, and provide a service that truly takes the entire body into consideration. Each session at Elevate involves a full body approach. You will work with a specialized physical therapist, discussing the primary problem, pain, or recent surgery but also the short and long term goals of what you would like to accomplish. Our goal for you is to provide a movement and fitness based approach where you can not only get out of pain faster, but you can walk away feeling stronger, healthier, and more resilient to take on life's challenges. We want you to walk away with MORE, not returning to your prior state. This is where ELEVATE originated.
